So when it comes, are the laid off ones invited to the first meeting and then directly after that the rest of the teams have a a meeting to be updated? So the first batch at 10, then the updated ones for who remain immediately afterwards?

If you get the confidential email, can you see who else has been invited? Looking back, the last round occurred on August 30th. Looking at the calendar, the last business day of the year is December 29th. Maybe it will be Monday??
HCM RN here. We received a mandatory meeting invite to let us know that there had been RIF the last two times. It was not confidential. Our coach told us that meeting was mandatory.
No, not a coach. It was a confidential meeting informing those in the meeting that lay-off meetings were in progress, however if you were in said meeting you were not an “impacted” employee. My timeline was off however, that meeting was the beginning of this year.

Not entirely true. I received a confidential invite to one of the 4 meetings last year (I believe it was the last) and was not “impact d”.
Yes, layoff email is confidential, the “update everyone else” meeting is a regular meeting invite.
So, of do you know if it's the first or second? The first is confidential, the other is a general meeting invite?

Yes, last layoff received the confidential meeting invite before 5pm the night before. I am certain I will get it too.
But the first batch doesn’t always come in the a.m. Last round I believe it was COB the day prior.
So far, that’s how it went down. Confidential emails to the impacted associates, they meet, then a meeting invite that same day for the larger group, we are told about it but told that if we weren’t in the earlier meeting, we are not impacted.
