I am anticipating being impacted the next round. If I find a different position within Humana is my notice and severance automatically waived? Even if the new position pays significantly less??

Yes you won’t get the severance. My coworker was impacted in April and she found a job but lost severance when she accepted another job outside of Humana. She accepted before her time was actually up. Be careful and quiet
