Well, this is not good for our already shaken reputation... Although, since it's both us and AT&T, it kind of softens the blow. Not as if customers have much of a choice on who to switch to.

Its all into maximizing the bottom line anyway possible. I am sure they have a whole department of lawyers doing nothing but looking for loopholes to make more money. Bet none of them get RIF'd soon.
Thinking Verizon would just stop is mildly put naive. There'll always be a loophole to work through.
