Well stop giving away money to customers that don't spend any money..... If they use coupons they shouldn't receive Extra bucks. I mean come on why should they receive $20.00 and not spend $20.00. If they spend 20.00 then they get 20.00 to spend. But if they spend nothing they earn nothing.
