I agree the team lead at my club is useless. Never makes calls or goes on any drives. The membership coordinator does everything even send out emails for the lead. One person is needed just to make call,appointment, go to all the events in town etc.
supposedly Jan. Back in the day all clubs had huge mkt rooms but they had like 4-5 people. Days gone by. I can certainly see keeping not TL but one person. Don’t think 40 hrs is needed. Maybe 20 more like it. No team to lead but spend time in club making calls trying to set appts then several hrs out in field.
