Anyone with the company s number of years could see the changes coming. HO, Regional,
Market. In 2012 managers were let
go. Regions and markets were redefined. Changes in benefits ,
the PTO bucket nonsense., f/t associates not able to use their sick time, etc . They are focusing on the online shopping. Now, I ask you all this question? How many of us here use Amazon on a regular basis? Amazon prime? Too tired to go into the store. Use home delivery of food ? Have our own online shopping habits contributed
to focusing more on ecommerce??
Personally, I prefer going into a store to make my purchases. Keeps people working .
