I was at the company for 20 years. I spent the last 7 years in the commercial card area as a credit specialist. The last 3 years at this company was nothing more than a nightmare. The management was not able to handle being audited. They were continually insecure about having auditors check the quality of work. Many people were put on warning when we were close to getting audited. On my 20 year anniversary, I received a glass statue and a leather-bound letter signed by Jamie Dimon congratulating me on my 20 year anniversary. I felt very proud and displayed it on my desk. About a week later the new manager (she was very paranoid about the upcoming audit) fired me. I was very upset. I really believe they let people go so the auditor is not able to ask questions. She lied about the reason for the termination. She stated that I gave a temporary credit limit increase without proper authorization. I don't recall even granting a temporary increase that week. Furthermore, no one bothered to address the issue with me. What a terrible place to work.
