Well, all I can hope for is that I'm on the next list - I wanted to be on the list this past Wed and walk with my severance but nope, I'm stuck here in the sh-- aftermath where there is still no plan for the restructure (at least in IT). I want off this sinking ship in the next round.

SUPER bad idea to stick around and wait for the hammer to drop.

POWER is in Elliot's hands, and they don't care about you.

BY staying until the end, you're just making it harder for yourself to find a better job later.

2020 will be Citrix's last year of operation, I'm afraid.

I honestly think everyone should hold on until Dec. Work on your resume, tighten your parachute, and be prepared to be shoved out of the plane.

The job market in-between Thanksgiving and mid-January is horrible. It would be best to get severance and find a job in January when the job market picks back up.

Why would you get out now numbnuts? Even in the unlikely event there are layoffs in December, would it not make total sense to wait it out so you can get a proper redundancy. Back to bed with you OP, you've had a mare.

fake news. ignore for now. once you see multiple threads popping up on a topic, diverse responses, you'll know something is brewing.

Oct 4th was put in this forum long time back. But if again, then December seems to be too soon..Isn't it ? Generally nobody does this again in such quick time.

Several other countries have worker protections stating a corporation must give X amount of months notice before letting employee's go.

Essentially those workers have already been let go there isn't going to be "another round" of layoff's it will just be those workers actually leaving the company.

I keep seeing references to December layoffs. Where is this information coming from? During meetings with several high-level VPs about the direction Citrix will be taking, none of this was alluded to.

December lay off means that most of people are still on payroll 'till December 4th. It s part of severance package. They don't have access to work place, but officially still work at Citrix.

Based on very reliable sources. Hence the date of 10/4 was posted here. We called it. Just wait, you’ll see. I have first hand knowledge. Don’t believe me, just wait till it happens.

I heard the same. The december/q1 would be bigger.

These rummors come from the same sources that gave the heads up on the October ones.

You need proof? Go back 2 months in this forum and you will see the October ones been predicted.
