According to VA's GI Bill Feedback System, University of Phoenix continues to have the most complaints. Only DeVry and Colorado Tech have a higher percentage of complaints. The spreadsheet can be downloaded here ("download data on all schools")

Who needs Grandma Millie tapes. The VA has the power to change stuff, they just won't. Why, because all of those vets going to these junk colleges are junk themselves. VA don't care. Going to college shuts these people up and keeps them out of the VA's hair until they are drug addicted health wrecks and need medical benefits. And housing. And rehab. And. And. And. I punt all the VA cases to my colleague. Me no touchy.
Yeah, Voc Rehab has put UoP on their 'do not fly' list. But all the other vet benefits are still a go: Post 9/11, GI bill....

I have worked with many students that aren't allowed to enroll here because their voc rehab counselor won't approve our school.
Oh man, the first thing I hear out of their mouths are 'when do I get my money'? Not, when does the first class start or where can I get my textbooks. No, when do they get their money. I want to tell them " When you graduate you parasite" I hate my job.
Bloody housing allowance. If the VA loses that you will be AMAZED to see how many Vets all of a sudden decide against getting an 'education'. Really, all they do right now is sit through classes, do the minimum needed to get their minimum grade needed to not get put on probation, and get 5 years of rent for free. Sign me up!
The most common complaint is the housing allowance. The problem is the housing allowance was designed for you not to pay Your rent or car payment. Neither is financial aid. Everyone wants free stuff in this country...
