Question for the people that were laid off in US:did you get a severance package? Can you confirm it was [6+(2*years @citrix)] weeks of pay?

It's a base of 4, 6, or 10 weeks, depending on your level. This is for US, but CA may be different (of course).

I think the base depends on your grade (E5, E7, etc.) -- a friend of mine in Raleigh got 4 + 2*y.
Not 100% sure on all US locations, but in FL that is correct.
