Please stay and enjoy - this is for a section of employees who anyways enjoy earning free money by not doing much in their roles - couple of so-called Mgr’s and Directors will get this message easily!
@PBgnYMc-yki THANK YOU! My goodness, when will people wise up? What will it take other than the doors of Molina closing? Asking what "their" end game is....the answer is a sale but regardless...what difference does it make what the end game is if it is a horrible place to work???? Just move on already. It is SUPER painful to listen to former co workers lie to themselves. To listen to them say their leadership has told them they are "safe for now"....and believe it. How could your leadership even know that? My leadership never made that kind of statement to me. They were honest even though they knew it wasn't going to make us feel good about how stable our jobs were. I am grateful my Molina leadership was candid but I didn't need them to tell me what was happening. It's very obvious. Waiting for someone else to tell you what is happening to you at your job is silly. If you don't mind being over worked by a company that is no longer Molina...if you are ok with the lack of vision or mission...that is fine for you. But wow....how are people STILL working at Molina and thinking that the organization is just trying to make things better. At this point....if you are lying to yourself...no one can help you here on this site or anywhere else. I wish everyone luck. There are lots of jobs in healthcare and lots of organizations who will benefit from all the good, experienced people who are taking their Molina experience and using it in new roles, elsewhere. It's not a big, ugly mess....once you are honest with yourself. It's a bright new future. It's just not at Molina.
OMG, it is not going to get any better. Plans like WI, IL, OH, WA, TX just to mention a few, are not going to survive this so why on earth drag their employees through this. Employees, wake up, and ask yourself for what???!!! Do you really think some magical moment is going to come and you will be rewarded with a good job and paycheck just for sticking it out? Wake up! Their goal here is to keep throwing out enough BS that employees like you will continue to hang in there and make the clock still tick until THEY are done using you and then they will discard you. Don't be used like this. Have some dignity. If all staff just up and quit it would not change a single thing for them it would only speed things up a little. Those of us who have already left have moved on to new jobs and a secure future. No matter what Molina says, no one has a secure future with them any longer and it is painful to watch you lingering on. Cut the cord and get out! The Holidays are just around the corner and you deserve to be in a secure job by then. You make the final move! Take your power back! You can do this! You make the final move. It's way overdo!
