Manager here. Less than two years. Got 8 weeks
This was accurate for me as a remote employee in the US. My base, I guess, was calculated to be 6. I'm not a director or a manager.
Depends on your grade level. It will either be a base of 4, 6, or 10 weeks + 2 weeks for every year. Plus they pay Cobra for 3 months.

I got 12 weeks. I've been with the company for six years. The recruiter person was the least helpful person; they just told me about the history of Right Management; nothing about how they were going to help me find a new job.
