Each of us need to start behaving like a Millennial - they have figured it out: Pay me now, do not promise me anything, do not make me wait, everything is a transaction, everything is short term, work/rewards/feedback should be immediate.
Corporations are not your friend, parent or caregiver. it is a transaction, not a 'relationship'. You provide a service in return for money. The time of 'symbiosis' between the worker and the corporation is over.
Everything is a transaction.
So, behave like a Millennial and request an immediate reward, do not believe or expect any promises.
