Any insight or thoughts about how this next round is going to go down related to those licensed in restricted states? It would seem that in whatever matrix is looked at to rate/rank folks, that would be one of the criteria, to continue to serve members in those areas? The HCM SS warm transfer line already shut down many of those states and we are told to task the hcmss queue

My guess it will depend on what members are left and where. Personally I am licensed in 2 restricted states, but I am not the only person licensed in either state so I don't feel any safer than anyone else. Now the January one time pay increase makes sense if they don't expect us to be here then.
