I just don't care much anymore, looking at my paycheck, trying to follow directives, stupid QTC tolerance to not get on the red column then running out of books, putting up with HO bs, listening to customers whine, etc.. my passion is gone, realizing Follett does not care about it's hard working employees, time for me to move on.
You are not alone in this, @P5aG7Tb-2dum. They've been killing my desire to stay here slowly for years now, and it's finally reached the point where I simply don't care anymore. And I know a number of people who feel the same. If they continue like this, they will lose their best people. Not that they care, of course.
