Acct office has been expecting change for months. New armored pick up has changed for many clubs. Mine remained daily pick up. It seems this needs to be done now or wait till after Christmas. I think the clubs will be given specific hours or payroll based on volume and clubs will decide how to use it, several p/t or a f/t and a p/t whatever. That's the way the Walmarts did it according to those that have actually been involved.
Receiving could be left until after holidays but there's no need for memb TL. I wouldn't be surprised to see Ptc removed and the APM to take that with a title change. APM do little as it is. Memb mgr will be reassigned there's nothing to manage there. No changes will happen in forth quarter. NOW or after holiday season. Just my opinion
