How long does it take to get paper work referred too that's suppose to be sent separate from severance package for severance final payout? Thanks for any help.

If I'm not mistaken you get the second packet at your termination date; i.e. at the end of your 60 day WARN period. Right now you're still an Oracle employee.

I got the same, I was wondering how long it took for the second package to come? I want to be divested from Oracle as soon as possible.
My initial package didn't include anything that needed to be signed, only contained the vacation payout check and job placement service instructions, and referred to another package that would be arriving separately that would contain the forms I need to sign and send back.
It takes a couple weeks after you return the package
