"If you look at the dates in January they reported days later after the state published the WARN filing"

The January round was announced on 1/19 and Mercury News reported on 1/20 the next day.

"...with the long weekend expect even more delay" [reporting the number laid off]. Yes; the timing of this round right before the Labor Day holiday in U.S., was definitely calculated on O's part.

@P4Vyhys-1uqc they haven't reported yet because they can't confirm yet. If you look at the dates in January they reported days later after the state published the WARN filing - with the long weekend expect even more delay this time.

San Jose Mercury News reported 450 SCA layoff in January but nothing this time. The layoff is much bigger this time. Just wondering why?

I heard 1500 and they kept 110 people for M8

Some say 3000 Laid off and only kept 50 people.

Hard to tell but it's in this range 1500-3000
