Nobody listens to him anymore.
Not just after MH joined, it also went downhill after TK took over as head of development. TK destroyed all products that made money and anything he has created is burning money.

I hear that Oracle went downhill after MH joined. I buy part of that, but I would also like to blame the vision of leadership and their ability to predict the future and then act on it. It's dysfunctional everywhere it sounds like. Sales, pre sales, post sales, support, engineering, marketing, consulting, finance, and legal. Oracle is a mess it is what I am hearing. How do they turn the ship around? Or are the execs hanging on as long as they can do they can milk the train?
Most stressful, disfunctional place I have ever worked.

Are you trolling? On a layoff site? In the middle of a layoff? Either this is hard cynicism, or quite tasteless a joke.
Innovations like Oracle Audit and Compliance cloud. How about Oracle legal cloud? Or Oracle Layofg cloud. I hear they are working on putting MH into his own cloud to sell to companies who want CEO advice. After that will be Millenial cloud.
Beware, you don't want to work at Oracle. Thank god I got let go.
