I bet most of 40-50 HW engineers left are Test and Product in SV's team in SCA Building 16.

Not enough to trigger another WARN
Better to get the package and be OUT. Then you at least know what you need to do next. Being one of the few survivors in the wasteland left sounds worse than being in a post-apocalyptic world and feeling all alone. Good luck to everybody out there.
My guess is only enough to support M8. Would be a good gesture if O gave them all a retention bonus and free/unlimited therapy sessions. Survivors guilt is a real thing. Good luck to those stuck there in the aftermath of destruction.
