Thoughts and prayers of encouragement to all involved in the Nike layoffs. May this be a stepping stone and not a sinking stone. From the kid who watches dad leave every morning at 5 and return after 7 pm everyday, 40 miles round trip, for over 10 years.

I feel you. Dads worked here my entire life, I've worked here with him for the past year. he got laid off two days ago. It's pretty surreal.
I left two years ago in a bad situation and after 30 years at Nike I was lost. It was the best thing I EVER did. Life after Nike is GREAT. I never knew how disfunctional the company was until I was gone. It's not the "old" Nike and remember IT IS JUST BUSINESS. If you thought (I did) it is a personal company and you matter; you are mistaken!
This is cute
Hope all turns out good
Sorry kid. Beware of usurping false prophets. Hmm mm profits?
