Between the tears .. it is difficult to focus and talk to the members.

Just make sure you don't discuss the layoffs with members. Calls are being audited and if they hear talk about the layoffs, you will be let go and be ineligible for the severance package. There will be an increase in call audits for those who are impacted. Just another way they are looking to get out of paying out severance and to let you go sooner. My advice is to just be very careful at work, don't make any waves or complain. You don't want to give your coach a reason for a PIP. If you get a PIP before your last day, you also loose your severance
I am with you 100%. Maybe I didn't realize with the other layoffs...
Let's hope they will let us go sooner than later. It is incredibly hard to put on a happy show for the members. All I can say is you are not alone! There are good points of being let go as well, don't forget that part too.
It is miserable still doing my calls dealing with the emotional stress of the "impaction" when it's like you don't want me but you still want me making calls for you... I hope the let us go soon. Not sure how long I can hold up like this.
I'm so sorry! I know I would not be able to function.
Oh jeez I'm so sorry guys. I didn't know they had you making calls this close to the news.
It's very difficult to concentrate. Yesterday was a very emotional day and today I'm honestly just exhausted.
Yes they are!!!
Are they making you call members after getting notice?
I'm so sorry.
