Apollo Global is moving ahead with the activities leading to their legal separation from Apollo Education Group, which we have now defined as Phase Four of Project Forward. The team is making great progress identifying the unique legal and compliance, finance and accounting, human resource and technology needs of the organization. We are on schedule to complete the separation by the end of the calendar year.
