It's Aug 2017 and the trolls are already starting a rumor for 2018? Whatever happened to the mother of layoffs that was supposed to happen last month? Layoffs may very well happen since no one knows what the future holds, but it's simply immoral to spread unfounded info.
This won't be as big as the July layoffs though...

There will be the old and young this time as the Titanic will surely sink in the next two years. TMG has hit the Moores Law iceberg making some very very wrong choices compared to their competitors, ala Blackberry
They got to cover the huge Olympics costs where every VP will have business class flights and premium complementary tickets and suites and you can be sure BK and MCM will Murthy will be very visible. Then TMG has 10nm ramp which will have near non existent margins.
Would like to see these layoffs start in 2017. The sooner, the better.
