Yes. 3% which is a complete f$&king joke considering we've missed out on about 4%/yr for the last 4 years. The managers however, they reap the benefits of tossing you under the bus and reaping the profits and bonuses.

Nothing quite like our dumba** boss going on vacation the week they are supposed to have approved our pay increases which will now cause us to miss out on 2 weeks worth of work at our new higher rate.
