Any word on solution specialist layoffs?

Douchin is the only solution, else you'll have to go see a specialist.
Word is there is no solution to the solution problem with the solution specialists. However, they are working on a solution.
Solution Specialist are not being laid off.
July and August they have raised quotas to run reps out. Quotas are raised 30% yoy when we are down 30% yoy every month.
This is so frustrating, I'm about middle (a little above). My manager told me not to worry, obviously I'd rather get a severance than nada....
Wish there was some kind of warning about store closures and rifs.
Word coming out is bottom 20% and soon with no severance. One source transferred from sales to assist manager , knowing asst managers will also get cut soon throughout the interprise but will receive a severance.
