This is nerve wracking. Looking at the phone and email, waiting to see if the axe is going to fall. Does anybody know if all the people who are being laid off by Molina have been notified by now or not?

What do severance packages look like?
What's severance package?
Just got email from Joe White sent to all employees saying 1st wave of layoffs are complete. He said and I quote "Yesterday we notified several hundred employees whose positions have been eliminated as a result of this organizational redesign. "
So I guess at this point they are just informing the stragglers from Wave 1. All the best to everyone.
I guess it is not yet complete as I work in Molina Towers and saw people leaving with their belongings this morning.
It seem like it is being done either via email, phone, webex, or face to face. I was laid off yesterday. I came in and my manager called me into her office, telling me I was getting laid off, explained the severance package, answered questions, then immediately asked to pack my things and leave. Pretty lucky to be the first to go, instead of nervously waiting this out.
Listen smart a-- I was asking a question that we all want to know...It's obvious we all are in the dark and coming to this site with hopes of getting information..
I'm assuming that if you are a corporate employee working at a plan then obviously you'll be notified by phone/e-mail. What does it matter...the axe feels the same whether it's in the back of your neck or the front...
Are they notifying people by email/phone that their let go????
it's ongoing, from what I understand...
