Any discussion on transitioning Phcs and those affected into other roles?

There are some CHEs doing a pilot program with SH PHCs. My friend has been doing it a while. I would think that program will fold even though my friend said it is expected to expand with the merger to Live Healthy. Hard to work with PHCs if we don't exist. Why the merger I wonder if they say 90-95% of us PHCs are being let go. Will they fill our positions with nurses or MSWs?I
They will not find us positions.
I know teams will be doing a pilot with there members. Are we doing pilots only to be laid off at the end
It would be nice, i know some of the previous impacted are doing some pilot programs
