Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

So another Quarter riding the 14nm wave, but 10nm looking awful

Not only catching up, but AMD and NVIDIA stocks skyrocketed last year. TSMC and Samsung are bigger manufacturers than Intel. The long term looks really awful. I am getting out of here.

It doesn't matter when 10nm is ready. Intel doesn't have any competition so they can be on 14nm as long as they want. Instead of madly running after process nodes, it is good they are coming out with design improvements.

Intel is now sampling 10nm chips and “yields are continuing to improve pretty much right in line with [traditional] ramps rates,” said Krzanich. “It’s a new technology so there are always some problems to solve, but we’re pretty comfortable with where we are at now,” he added.

First 10nm processors for PCs should ship early next year. Higher end parts will come later in the year.

There you got BK said it, and where do you start with the lying?

Yup 10nm ramp just right on schedule and it is now 2018 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣

Hope there aren't people lined up and wait like they were when BK made his statements in 2014, 2015, 2016 and now.
