So I was looking over the numbers.
At the end of 2014 there were 19,100 employees, production was 1,540 MBOED, and greenhouse gases were 26,100 thousand tonnes.
At the end of 2016 there were only 13,300 employees, 1,569 MBOED and 26,800 thousand tonnes.
This climate guy must be pretty bad at his job. Not really any measurable progress in 3 years.
(Data source: COP 2016 Sustainability Report - a report that should be chunked and laid off along with the climate director as well as anyone with the words "climate" , "sustainable" or "diversity" in their job title. These are all staff jobs that contribute little or nothing to bottom line profits in a company fighting for its economic life IMHO.)
