Seems like more than 50% of the people I worked with are gone. Who is actually left in the office? CT Acct Ops GM??? Skeleton staff?

Employees are dropping like flys. Some are leaving on their own and the layoffs are starting again.
Why is anyone left? It is clear that management will come for you, one day. You should decide when your day is. Get on it.
I don't understand leadership any longer. They truly don't believe that employees matter any longer and just let them leave. We are losing the few good people that are still here.
Best wishes to the courageous people in IT running for the nearest exit. Outdated skills my keister.
