How does the actual act of communicating that you've been laid off happen here at Molina?
Do they call you in a conference room and announce it? If yes, who is there in the room?

How long does it take. I am extremely nervous, if there is another round then I am expecting to be laid off, not sure why, I just have that horrible gut feeling that things are not working out.
