Thread regarding Follett layoffs

NQ blog complained about people who complain. Too funny.

Instead of whining that people complain too much maybe fix the greedy people ruining the only part of the company making money. McHenry getting worse daily.

Must be the new thing told to managers about employees complaints

Our CFO stated the same thing in a meeting and then a new manager just stated the same thing in another finance meeting.

They say speak up or shut up or leave.

I have been with Follett 15+ years have spoken up and nothing changes!

LOL just had an all hands on deck think positive training for the entire team. Dump on your employees and then wonder why they complain and are not engaged. NQ and all the other Follett senior leads....you built this house, and destroyed the old one.

Oh please. I work my ars off daily, I get paid hourly. What have I got in the past few years, jack squat.

As for getting out, believe me I am trying!

The salary people all got bonuses so the people around me all talk about what they did with the extra money they got. New clothes, home improvement, pools, Coach Purses etc.

I am getting by by the skin of my teeth, Oh but don't complain!

If I had half his salary I wouldn't have a complaint.

I didn't miss the point. FSS is already the solution. I got it loud and clear. If FSS exceeds expectations still no raises and bonuses goals are made crazy high as a reward. Greedy RG and board rule. NQ gets rich no matter what. Work harder and stop whining. Leadership.
