Don't sit around until these creeps decide to boot you out like some drunk in a bar at 2am. Find something else and walk out of this landfill on your own two feet and on your own terms so you can hang on to your dignity and self respect.

While the severance package is decent, I have to agree. I've been there going on 8 years and spent about 5 or 6 of them looking for different jobs...started seriously looking after just the rumors of looming layoffs started swirling. Now it's like waiting for the next massacre.
