Anyone who thinks selling your products and via your biggest competitor is delusional. See: the Borders reference. Kenmore shoppers will now be able to compare head to head with other brands with better track records, better pricing, and a better chance of being able to get service a year from now. For the goods that actually sell, SHLD will be giving a portion of the profits to their biggest competitor. And, SHLD loses complete control of the review process. Given the quality of SHLD products and services of late, that's bad, bad news for SHLD.
IMHO, this is nothing more than a publicity stunt to drive up the stock price in the short term.
