@4myn management always knows first I agree. The union is as crooked as the Democrat party is. Wonder why Americans no longer abide by rules and just do what they want? Cuz our leaders do, and the people have started to revolt.

Majority of times your line managers get notification before the union reps. I'm neither Management nor craft. Outside party that has worked closely with craft for years and have quickly discovered the crookedness of the union higher ups
