Popcorn is being popped, and I'm sitting back watching, hoping to see VZW report a huge, steaming, pile of Dog Crap numbers to Wall Street. I hope the number are so terrible that there are instant resignations and firing in the C-Suite at Baskin Ridge HQ. I hope the shock is so severe that every inept, narcissistic, arrogant, spineless or otherwise unoriginal leader including Area Presidents to General Managers, Managing Partners, District Managers and Directors take notice. VZW could easily use a 50% or more reduction in the management positions mentioned above (and several more positions I didn't mention). Now that I'm gone from VZW I realize how bloated and truly inept 99% of their management chain really is. I hope the smell of crappy numbers is so bad that the other carriers laugh at how bad VZW stank the joint up.

T-Mo just just reported results and it was amazing!!!! I can't wait to see the train wreck on the 27th.
I got hit in the April round of layoffs because I was made "redundant" by the XO merger. I'm with you. I've got the beer chilling and am prepared to order my favorite pizza. This is gonna be the biggest laugh I've had since a friend told me that my replacement from XO is probably going to get an "underperform" on his mid-year review.
He probably wants to bankrupt this company so they can get rid of the union and get rid of the overpaid manegers in this place and start off with new blood ,so either way he can line his pockets and his cronies ..so lets see how low this place will go,,i have been short this company chi- ching
Amen. I know they will take it in the shorts on revenue with the unlimited plan they launched. I am hoping for the double whammy of declining revenue and negative subscriber growth.
Lowell leveraged Verizon so much with debt from crappy purchases that any reduction in revenue will cause severe free cash flow problems which will result in drastic operating expense reductions namely more layoffs since Verizon views its employees as its most expendable asset. Layoffs will happen before the precious dividend gets cut for sure.
