@2isq - restored to the point as if the harassment never happened. I'm actually sincerely smiling at your comment - it's hilarious, in a good way! But please no, it took far more than just a confusing sentence to get me to reach a breaking point. I'm not alone; there are many people like me working at Verizon. While the newer people are being groomed-instead of this game of making lives miserable and unhealthy, just offer an EISP already to the areas that have the most issues (the public interfacing departments).
I heard two rumors....one said soon but no date, and one at the end of September. Both were said to be good offers but no details.
All kinds of rumors flying that 7/21 is the day but no one else is saying anything so I don't believe it. I tend to believe the other rumor about one being offered in the 3rd quarter. It makes more sense.
I'm ready to go out on three months disability trying to figure out that last sentence....how about throwing a few commas or periods in there. I think you just gave me an aneurysm.
I will be out with the standard package. The history of the environment is so toxic but as long as I have three months disability per year to counteract the severe medical effects has helped me stay. I'm counting the amount of people I worked next to who have died, have been in coma, or have had severe mental breakdowns. Yes there are changes but some managers have been so damaging to those who have experienced their leadership that unless the person is restored to the level f that damage hadn't take place that much is lip service or irreversible.
I wish they would sweeten the pot also.... but they know as well as we do that they would get more than enough takers if they offer the standard package. Their plan is to make you miserable so you leave with no package.
Company probably looking to get most pension eligble associates out this year so they might sweeted yhe pot to reduce their pension liabilty,,,but it better a really good offer otherwise in this day and age of bad economics in this country very few will leave including myself...

My 4th level says an EISP is coming in late September, supposedly going to be a very generous one. Coming right at the end of the fiscal year 9.30.17. Watch your mail.
