Has anybody noticed that only RN's are getting hired for HAH? SW's are quitting and not getting replaced... makes you wonder!!!

Big time low!
I think the goal is to make the program nurse focus; however they can't keep nurses and they are quitting too. The moral is low and nurses don't have to put up with the BS.
