Were there any pay raises for store employees this year? I never heard a word. Also, does anyone know where to go to see the pay scale for each job code?

I think the job code pay info is in estore portal under the admin tab.... its been a while since I looked.
Walmart now treats employees better than Follett. At least they give raises. No raises = no continuity in service levels and mgrs now spend more time training staff than working with them as there is absolutely no insentive to stay.
Yup I used to work at Half Price Books and we got our quarterly and Christmas bonus. We also got raises.
Raises were o my given to select few.
What a crock. I know some managers at B&N and they get a raise and a bonus every year! The Follett family should be ashamed of keeping all the money for themselves and not sharing with the people who do all the work!
We won't have merit raises until fiscal year 2018 once we've recovered from last f2f enough to substantiate. Could be worse, at least there's a plan in place, eh?
The bs floating around corporae and with the family is that raises and bonuses were communicated to those who got them and didnt get them. Obviously that is bs, we all know only because no extra checks or additional money was on our checks.
