Morale at all time low at Wells Fargo

Its sad how the morale is so low everywhere at Wells Fargo. It is making work more difficult because people just don't care anymore and won't go that extra to be a true team player. Been here a long time myself and while I do care and I always do the extra needed to be a team player, this is really dragging me down because what once was a great organization to work for, it is no longer. I wish my name would come up for a layoff, sadly.

I agree @NezitSJ-10hcg. It was never ideal, at least where I am, but right now it is practically unbearable - working environment is toxic and morale is on an all time low. And it does not look like it will get better any time soon.

You're joking; right? CCS is a nightmare.Most toxic LOB I've worked in. Everyone is in survival mode, stabbing each other in the back. Disgusting. WF s---s -- top to bottom. Mgt could care less :(

Where I am in Marketing half the staff is actively looking, and the other half is hoping for a layoff. Confidence in management was never great, but now it's non-existent.

Wells fargo has had a history of employees conducting misconduct. I know people who were responsible for protecting the company's assets embezzling themselves and rampant s-xual harassment and overall incompetence. Wells was never a good place to work so stop it already. Even people who literally committed a killing in a another country was hired because the background check didn't catch it.
