Management at Walmart is ridiculous

I don't think the simple concept of rational common sense applies to this company anymore. Most management is incapable of making any common sense decisions that they now have to outsource to 3rd party companies to tell them what to do. Have we gone completely insane from a leadership stand point?

Walmart does not understand the business game they are in. Therefore they will lose. Look up infinite players versus finite players. Author and well known independent consultent, Simon Sinek gives a great analysis of this concept.

Walmart/Sam's folks, get out while there is still a chance for you to do something great and rewarding to you.

And destroyed morale. And getting rid of good people. Were you whining when the HO took away your alcohol in the office up there in NJ? Or the cussing that that is accepted in the NJ office? The NJ office whined so much the HO allowed it all back. Talk about preferential treatment.

Is this a layoff site or crybaby wishes complaint? Embrace the s---. It's just a job. Move on. Job Security is not based on the company you work for, but useful skills you may have. Whining here won't get you the therapy you want. If you are stuck in the only tech job you can find, you did this to yourselves. Move to a big city where you can have leverage on your happiness. There is a reason you complain and it's not other people.

Don't worry, I'm already looking for a new job. I hear it's a lot less stressful on the outside.
