I very much look forward to the day when MH, SC, LE and TK have to pay back some of their stock compensation because it was earned fraudulently.
Mr Hurd deserves his compensation. He's helped guide Oracle to new growth opportunities in the Oracle Cloud(tm) by increasing revenues and decreasing costs across the business portfolio.

Given that he has a lot more shares than that I doubt he's unloading, or he would be selling more. Maybe he just bought another mansion and needed the cash, Who knows?
