The whole corporate culture of the NEW Halliburton seems to be built around LYING to the employees, doesn't it, with all the 'pep' talks, the 'feel-good' emails, and all the other happy horseshit that management feeds the mushrooms. DESPITE ALL of this, YOU MUST face the fact that the company IS the NEW NUMBER THREE, and our customers will gradually accept the FACT that OUR past reputation will no longer carry us thru, and that the NEW #3 will NEVER have the innovation, or the skill to rise above that level, and the only reason for them to use Halliburton is when the leaders, that they would prefer to have on their location, are too busy to catch that job.
Maybe HR or Training can produce a 'module' on how to handle being the NEW #3, and the realities that come with it.
