US government needs to stop visa abuse and put Americans first by penalizing companies abusing the system and laying off Americans!

BK has destroyed Intel. Nowhere to go but down. And the blind legions just keep marching to his drumbeat. Shame.

Unfortunately, you cannot complain about visa abuse without coming across as racist.

Capitalism is enforced by Americas large defense superiority - which is funded by the underpaid tax payers and not the rich executives who avoid taxes using capital gains clauses. If anerica would not be powerful because of its defense - would it attract immigrants. Case in point - does anyone want to immigratr to France or Japan. Would intel get its h1b?

Anyway you look at it - the middle class is scr......d. for starters getting a decent job with benefits is now next to impossible. Even if you do - with rising taxes, prices and cost of education - you barely get to keep any leftovers. The middle class is the new slave class.

Now whats that got to do with Intel. Intel is speeding up the decline of middle class. A job in Intel meant decent salaries along with lifelong learning. With the new reward system awarding massive pay hikes to Ceo, cushy parachutes to executive and huge payments to board - there is no money left to grow talent and invest in next generation technology. Its a shame that we are acquiring mobileeye for 15 billion dollars while under cutting local talent with frequent threats of layoff, focals, potting them against h1b (have nothing against h1b, all of them are great people - but hate how Intel uses them). When i say h1b, i dont mean the employees - but also thousands of h1b underpaid contractors from whom intel benefits.
