My manager informed our team that a strategic consultant is shadowing one if our fellow teammates soon. We are in home care managers...im paranoid based on all be layoffs but can't help wondering if the purpose if this shadowing is to decide if IHCMs are worth keeping on the job or need to be laid off...im curious if any of the laid off positions know if there was a similar occurence in their department for a request to shadow?

Um glad these wizards are finally using a strategic consultant - beats the throwing a dart at the map strategy they have used from the beginning
This is indeed part of assessing cgx and future improvements. They did this in the markets and regions too
I was shadowed a few months ago, I'm an hcm ss, they were looking for ways to see what we did to make cgx more efficient
