I left Charter Communications a few months ago, the best decision I ever made. All the things I was asked to do to get more sales were mildly put unethical. And I am not even talking about lying, that's kind of a given. And if you are - like I was - in a call center, you are stuck. I have not seen anybody move up in all the time I was there. Horrible, horrible environment that I am really happy I got out of.

What do you expect to find in a cal, center with average salary 12 Hourly?
Charter does not like people to question their motives and call them out on the wrong way they treat them. They want you to be YES employees. Don't say nothing just do what your told and forbid the day you have any home issues arise because they do not care about family at all anymore. They will tell you real quick they have a business to run. It's all about keeping quiet and making those numbers work out.
good for you. i've been looking as well, but so far no luck. hopefully i can find something before next round of layoffs.
