The company leads by keeping you afraid of losing your job. The budget cuts on the aircraft are a joke. The hours given do not reflect what it takes to do a quality job. Do, we cut or quality and hope the aircraft does not crash. This is the worst management I have ever worked under

Truer words were not said, @MkUuA0y-2zeyf. What they are doing is both dangerous and inhumane. This is no way to run a company and expect it to actually prosper.
Having worked with C3ISR recently I can say they manage with placing fear in your brain. You are not allowed to make an honest mistake unless you are in Managements inner circle. If you resist or call out Managers who intrepit regulations to feed their egos and make you feel stupid you are regarded as a non team player. Regulations are meant to be followed and thats why they are written in black and white and when a Manager does not like being questioned then you have lost.
