Had a great speech from our manager about a hour later on Friday when they let go of 90% of manufacturing in Waco. He stated you guys left are not getting let go. We need you to work harder to pick up the lack of mechanics we have. We have contracts coming......blah blah blaaaaah. Great speech boss. We will hurry to work our selfs out of job And get let go in December. Well done Waco management

Comercial Leadership still in place and it's Mid September, others sacrificed to make it look good to NYC, still have jobs at least until Comercial is gone, someday, maybe. I was talking to a person assigned and they are milking it out, sounds like a good plan, try to get past Christmas at least. My area is busy but I feel bad for the others both voluntary and involuntary that had to leave, some good people.

The company leads by keeping you afraid of losing your job. The budget cuts on the aircraft are a joke. The hours given do not reflect what it takes to do a quality job. Do, we cut or quality and hope the aircraft does not crash. This is the worst management I have ever worked under

They need some training in humanity

Same old story the lower folks that work get the axe so the buddy system can hide the friends. Look at QC group. Use to have two managers for 45 planes. Now they have 8 or 9 managers for 5 planes. The higher rollers from Bell. All protected by an ex Bell now L-3 director. VIP business gone, CC slowly closing down. AM4 is a joke. So much installed wrong and hidden defects. No one will say what's going on so they will be left alone. Mechanics and inspectors all turning a blind eye so they can hang on just a little longer. Mangers making sure to keep all on their toes so no one will talk.

I was in the same meeting and didn't see it go down the way you have described (just saying), are you sure you are happy working at the facility? I am sure you are talented or you would not be in the position you are in, however, being this hateful would make me sick, again just saying... just another engineer seeing it through a different lens my friend.

Called in to the "rambling" COO manager/supervisor meeting today. Said something about sinking or swimming. Seemed to be a little confused with the proper procedure to clear a diving mask. Apparently we are sinking and chopping off the heads of the lowest level team leads prolongs our demise as a whole. If your leaders aren't inept enough to recognize what is happening within their organizations, then the little people need to suffer. Exceed your budget without admitting you are a failure, results in your execution. Period! Good thing that your supervisor and manager are exempt from this critique. They seem to be really valuable contributors no matter the performance of their groups. Oops, that is a 3. We really appreciated the VP of HR sitting in the corner and nodding his approval when the COO threatened our jobs.
