After ECO took two months to see what any normal human who knows anyone in a true independant could see in two days, we are still held in suspense. Since RL did not like the outcome of the work we will now sit and wait while another elite group dissects the ECO project outcome. This just seems like undo process that we are trying to get rid of and ECO said we have too much of to start with. Isn't that why RL gets paid the big bucks....to make big decisions? Or did MF need some more decision trees and VOI work done? Take action or take a paycut fellas, but please stop jerking all of your employees around. Also if we have one more round of layoffs after whatever is coming this year, the ELT will just need to go....period. Enough with amateur hour already.

I don't look at this much anymore as I left about a year ago, but seems like they are still doing the same old stupid crap. I guess as long as you don't decide anything then you don't have to worry about being accountable.
5 years of Incompetence.
Then we need a new ELT that has the courage to make required changes.
Or maybe ECO told them what had to be done and they didn't have the courage to do it.

I'm generally fairly supportive and understanding of the prolonged strategy to get our lumbering ship back on track, leaner and cleaner ..but I think the OP has phrased this very well. This site may be full of negative and unjustified comments but ECO has clearly been a total dog's dinner of a project and no-one will be held accountable..
